RYSAN is an alumni association registered with the Government agencies of Nepal and it is also responsible for renewal of association with the concerned government agencies every year. All the documents required for renewal with the concerned agencies needs to be submitted every year and the Association has been renewed by the Fiscal Year 2080 (2024 AD). RYSAN also submits annual reports including financial reports with the documents at the Rotary Yoneyama Memorial Foundation Tokyo, Japan every year.
